Finding Your Dream Team

It’s been a big month in our household as we moved and welcomed my Dad with open arms into our new home after his latest hospitalization. I admit to feeling a bit overwhelmed at first about caregiving a parent at home with two little kids and a business. But like anything in life, you reach out and find the support you need. We found an incredible palliative care/Advanced Illness Management program that has a dream team of support for us here at home. Their presence this week has already made a huge impact.

In business we cannot grow and expand without support. You are not meant to be all the roles in your business. Each person has special gifts and strengths that contribute to the overall vision and success of a business as well as their own purpose and beloved movement.

In life, we also need a sacred support team to live our best lives. Partners, parents, siblings, girlfriends, neighbors, mentors, coaches, domestic goddesses. You name it! We all need support in every area.
