Self-care nourishes you from the inside out and creates a beautiful, present state-of-mind to work from. And sacred space provides the inspiring space to do your best work. What’s needed now is the structure for your work to come through.

Systems provide the container for your work and allow you to organize your life in a way that helps it flow with ease and joy.

To integrate your work with your life requires a systematized approach to how you do your work. Setting up your systems strategy is one integral piece of creating your beloved work.

Systems are the tools to support you and put flow into place.

In your life, systems that support you include your schedule and calendar (encompassing your self—care and daily activities that nourish and inspire you) as well as what is necessary to help your home and relationships run well.

In your work, the systems that support you include the structures that empower you to be the creator, the producer and the director of your beloved work. For an entrepreneur, this includes technology and online systems for your business so it can run without you having to do it all.  For an employee or manager, this includes the tools and resources which allow you to do your work in an inspired and productive way.
